Our Shipping Policy |
|
Please allow 2 - 3 days for items to be processed prior to actual shipping. We do provide
a choice of Next Day or UPS Ground. The actual cost of shipping will be added to your order
and you will get to see the total or final cost of your order before completing the checkout.
Please refer to our shipping schedule for a complete listing of shipping charges that may
be applied to your order. Please note that no shipping charges apply to pre-paid phone orders
as the virtual PIN will be displayed to you instantly. First time customers will get their PIN
via email once their credit card information has been verified.

Our Return Policy |
|
All sales are final. However, we will re-ship any defective item or one damaged during shipping. Simply return
the item to us in it's original package and we will ship a new product upon receipt.
Alternatively, if you desire, you may opt for a store credit towards another purchase.

Our Phone Card Policy |
|
For pre-paid calling cards: If you are unable to use a calling card purchased here, we will
either refund you the cost of the calling card or issue you an alternative one - whichever you choose.
Credit for lost minutes is the responsibility of the card issuer not Carib One. If you have a problem
with lost or insufficient minutes please call customer service for the card issuer which is provided
to you which each purchase. Once your Pin is issued to you via the virtual card or email, it is non refundable.
Please note that calling card rates are subject to change at any time without notice.

What About Tax? |
|
The tax (if any) will be added to your order at check out time. NY residents will be assessed
a sales tax of 8.25 percent. This will complete the total cost of your order before
check out time.

Will I be notified about my order? |

Yes, any order that you make will be confirmed by us via email almost instantly. Therefor, it is
very important to supply your email address accurately.
